‘은행의 민주적 소유·통제’ 과제의 정치·경제적 특성:마르크스 이행이론의 관점 = The Political and Economic Characteristics of 'the Public Ownership and Democratic Control of the Banking System' Task: From the Viewpoint of Marx’s Transition Theory

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The task of 'the public ownership and democratic control of the banking system' is a short cut to socializing the bank and credit system in capitalist economies. And the socialised bank and credit system accelerates the transition to the new society, which is 'association of free individuals', by developing the forms of transition, such as stock companies and cooperative factories of labourers. Thus in political revolution, which aims at the transition to a new society, the task becmes a preferential one, and makes the acquisition of direct democracy an additional one. As a result, the political and economic characteristics of this task makes the task itself, being based on the strategically firm ground and become a yard-stick which evaluates and prospects the left-wing politics in capitalism, such as a case of the Korean progressive political camp since the Korean economic turmoil in 1997-1998.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

‘은행의 민주적 소유․통제’라는 과제는 자본주의 은행․신용제도를 사회화하는 첩경이다. 그리고 이렇게 사회화된 은행․신용제도는 주식회사 제도나 협동조합 공장 같은 이행형태들을 성장․전화시킴으로써 ‘자유로운 개인들의 연합’인 새로운 사회로의 이행을 촉진한다. 그래서 이 과제는 ‘새로운 사회’로의 이행을 지향하는 ‘정치혁명’에서 ‘노동하는 개인들’이나 이들을 대변하는 정치세력이 가장 선차적으로 추구해야 하는 과제들 중의 하나가 되고, 또 그 관철을 위한 요건으로서 ‘직접 민주주의’ 정치제도 틀의 쟁취를 또 다른 정치적 과제로 추가시킨다. 이 과제의 이러한 정치․경제적 특성은 이 과제를 보다 확고한 전략적․실천적 근거 위에 서게 하고, 나아가자본주의 사회 내 좌파 정치운동을 평가․전망하는 잣대가 될 수 있게도하는데, 이는 1997년의 한국 공황 이후 전개된 한국 ‘진보’ 정치운동에 대한 평가 사례에서 확인된다.
