The first objective of this study was to identify what education and training programs make casino operational employees perceive to be important and whether or not casino management actually performs the education and training programs well. The second objective was to investigate what education and training programs have the effectiveness to those employees. To accomplish the first goal, importance-performance analysis was used. According to the results of the second research question, overall satisfaction, increase of revenue, service toward customers, self-actualization and future career development were explained by the casino education and training programs factors, respectively. For example, it was found that the increase of revenue was strongly affected by education of problem solution and education of foreign languages.
