    The word of culture is one of the concepts most frequently used in the modern society.
    It is very easy for us to have an access to the concept in books or discussions on the culture. Depending on their fields, those who have interests in culture have developed its various meanings vigorously.
    Culture is a expression of the two worlds of the human being-physical and spirtual. Human sociality requires men to work as an individual as well as a social being. As a result of it, what have been built up are language, legends, religion, art, science, history, etc. -what is called a culture. Consequently, these phenomena of culture are parts and compoments of the humanity which is in the realm of the culturalanthropology which inquires in terms of culture the questions of what the human being is.
    Culturalanthropology tells us that culture has been formed by interactions between the two spheres of the human being. Also, man is the carrier of his cultural life and carried by it at the same time.
    Thus, cultural phenomena such as language, art, legend and religion has not arbitraily been formed. Rather, it has been formed and constituted within a common organism as human relationship. Culture. therefore, is the expression of human existence which has both the inner and outside world.
