세계화시대 조선족공동체의 진로 = The Korean-Chinese Community Path in Globalization Age

국문 초록 (Abstract)

중국이란 다민족국가에서 이주민족으로서 자체의 민족적인 특성을 고스란히 간직할 수 있었고 주체적인 입지를 정립할 수 있었던 것은 조선족으로서의 민족공동체적 삶을 영위해 온 것과 갈라놓을 수 없으며, 오늘날 세계화시대를 맞이하면서 조선족사회가 당면하고 있는 여러 가지 문제들도 역시 공동체적 삶의 방식의 약화와 직접적인 관련이 있다. 열린 세계에서 열린 사고로 자체민족의 생존과 발전을 도모해야 하는 시점에서 조선족사회가 지향해야 할 공동체는 무엇이며 또 이를 위한 주체적인 자각과 노력은 무엇인가? 다민족국가에서 민족공동체적 삶의 지향은 국가차원의 법률적 보호와 제도적 장치가 보장되어야 할 뿐만 아니라 민족교육의 보급과 같은 주체적 노력도 필수적이다. 아울러 민족정체성 내지 공동체적 삶에 있어서 항상 근원적인 요소로 작용해 오고 있는 민족문화에 대한 새로운 인식전환을 이루어 공동체적인 삶을 지역적인 공동체가 아닌 ‘문화공동체’의 지향도 바람직한 것이며 나아가서는 한민족네트워크 가동 등을 통한 조선족공동체의 새로운 비전을 도모해야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Korean-Chinese is the immigrants who emigrated from the Korean Peninsula to China under certain historical environment and conditions. The Korean-Chinese keep its national characters in a multi-national country like China, because of their national community living as Korean-Chinese. Nowadays, the problems current Korean-Chinese society is facing, are also have direct relations to the weakening of the community living style. What kind of the community does the Korean-Chinese society oriented for surviving and developing in such an open world? The support from Chinese national policies and systems, as well as the popularization of national education in Korean-Chinese society, are also material to intention the national community living. In addition, one should change the understanding of the national culture which is the fundamental element of the community living, to accomplish a community living called “community of culture”, but not a local community. And operate the Korean Race network to promote a new vision of the Korean-Chinese community.
