Kimura' s disease is a benign, uncommon, chronic inflammatory condition that usually present with painless and slowly enlarging subcutaneous mass. Clinical presentation of Kimuras disease mimics several benign and malignant disease state. The accurate diagnosis of Kimura s disease is based on clinical and histopathological findings, which is chahctehzed peripheral eosinophilia, elevating total IgE, hyperplasia of lymphoid tissue with well developed lymphoid follicle and marked infiltration of eosinophil. The predilection sites are head and neck over 85% and the other sites are axilla, inguinal, Popliteal, forearm area. We report a case of Kimura s disease in 28 years old man who had painless slowly enlarging mass in both inguinal area, which treated conservative surgical exsion and applied oral steroid.
