다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to establish a theoretical system related to process automation in the shoe industry using information and communication technology (ICT).
The most basic progress of this study was centered on sufficiently verified literature data. Press reports or Internet searches were used only in unavoidable cases, but reliability was secured through repeated cross-validation to prevent errors from occurring.
As for the contents of the study, first, data related to the shoemaking industry were referred to.
To be more precise, we focused on domestic studies that have already undergone considerable research and have undergone verification procedures.
Second, data related to information and communication technology (ICT) were analyzed. In particular, this researcher focused on creating synergistic effects between information and communication technology (ICT) and automation of the shoe industry process.
Lastly, by citing data on so-called unemployment in developed countries, the process automation stage of the shoemaking industry using information and communication technology was analyzed.
The results of the above study are as follows. The shoe industry is rapidly declining. It can be seen that the poor working environment and long-term chronic labor shortage were the biggest problems, and a lot of investment is needed to solve them. First, the current state of the Korean shoemaking industry was identified and diagnosed. Currently, there was a shoe industry in Korea. Second, the need for process automation using information and communication technology (ICT) was investigated. Many foreign brands are investing heavily in process automation, and we have looked at actual application cases. Thirdly, feasibility for technology development was confirmed. It was found that overseas brands secured corporate competitiveness and solved manpower shortages due to process automation. Fourth, it was proved that it is possible to secure enough financial resources. The current investment by the central and local governments and private investors were reviewed, and it was possible to learn about support for companies that actually returned to Korea.
Fifth, a dramatic increase in work efficiency and productivity was predicted. An example of an automated process devised by the researcher was presented, and at the same time, it was possible to predict the increase in work efficiency and productivity due to automation.
Finally, we looked at the alleviation of chronic manpower shortages. By creating a conceptual diagram of the current work and process automation according to process automation, it was possible to predict that the shortage of manpower due to process automation could be reduced, and that young people could be introduced into the shoe industry by improving poor workplaces.

본 연구의 목적은 정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용한 제화산업의 공정 자동화와 관련된 이론적 체계 수립이다.
본 연구의 가장 기본적인 진행은 충분히 검증된 문헌 자료를 중심으로 이루어졌다. 부득이한 경우에 한해서 언론 보도나 인터넷 검색 등도 활용하되, 오류가발생하지 않도록 반복적인 교차 검증으로 신뢰성을확보하였다.
연구 내용으로는 첫째로, 제화 산업과 관련된 자료를 참고하였다. 보다 정확하게는 이미 상당한 연구가이루어지고 검증 절차를 거친 국내의 연구를 위주로알아보았다. 둘째로, 정보통신기술(ICT)과 관련된 자료를 분석하였다. 특히 본 연구자는 그 중에서도 정보통신기술(ICT)과 제화 산업 공정 자동화의 시너지 효과 창출에 관한 사항을 가장 집중적으로 알아보았다.
마지막으로, 이른바 선진국형 실업에 관한 자료를 인용하여 정보통신기술을 활용한 제화 산업의 공정 자동화 단계 분석을 하였다.
위 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 신발산업은 급속도로 쇠퇴하고 있다. 열악한 작업환경, 오래된 만성적인구인난이 가장 큰 문제였으며 이를 해결하기 위한 많은 투자가 필요 하다는 것을 알 수 있다.
첫째로, 대한민국 제화 산업의 현주소를 파악 및 진단하였다. 현재 대한민국의 제화 산업 있었다.
둘째로, 정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용한 공정 자동화의필요성을 알아보았다. 많은 해외 브랜드들은 공정 자동화와 관련하여 많은 투자를 하고 있는 실정이며 실제 적용 사례들을 알아보았다.
셋째로, 기술 개발을 위한 타당성을 확인하였다. 해외 브랜드들의 공정 자동화로 인한 기업 경쟁력 확보, 인력난 등을 해결하는 것을 알 수 있었다.
넷째로, 재원 확보가 충분히 가능한 점을 입증하였다. 현재 정부와 지방자치 단체에서의 투자와 민간 투자자들의 투자에 대해 검토 하였으며, 실제 국내 복귀기업에 대한 지원에 대해 알 수 있었다.
다섯째로, 업무 효율 및 생산성의 비약적인 증대를예측하였다. 연구자가 고안한 자동화 공정의 예시를제시함과 동시에 자동화에 따른 업무 효율과 생산성증대에 대해 예측할 수 있었다.
마지막으로, 만성적인 인력 부족 현상의 완화를 내다보았다. 공정 자동화에 따른 현재 작업 및 공정 자동화 후의 개념도를 작성함으로서 공정 자동화에 따른 인력 부족 현상을 줄이며, 열악한 작업장의 개선으로 인해 젊은 층의 인력을 제화 산업으로 유입시킬수 있다는 것을 예측할 수 있었다.
