SCM 운영성과의 결정요인이 경영 성과에 미치는 영향 실증적 분석 = An Empirical Study on the Effect on the SCM Operational Performance’s Determining Factors to the Enterprise’s Managerial Performance

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In the studies about SCM influence factor and management performance, the result showed that planning and execution capability have directly influence on ROI and SCM, while IT implementation have influence on transportation cost and inventory turnover days. Previous studies also showed that SCM influence factors and ROI are have an influential relation, supporting the result of this study. The result in this study show that SCM influence factor and business performance depending on the size of company, SCM strategy and collaboration, planning and execution capability, and IT implementation made significant result statistically in transportation cost, sales, and inventory turnover days. It also shows that influence of outsourcing level on the business performance, planning and execution, and SCM IT implementation influenced positively on inventory turnover days, and sales. In explaining the relation between SCM influence factor and business performance, statistically significant result was obtained through empirical studies using extensive variables related with business performance.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

SCM 운영성과를 결정하는 요인은 경영성과에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 SCM 운영성과와 경영성과의 영향에 대한 실증적 연구가 이루어 져야 한다. 본 논문은 SCM 운영성과의 결정요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 고찰한다. 구체적으로 본 논문은 SCM 운영성과의 결정요인들이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 비교해 봄으로써, 기업들이 경영성과를 높이기 위해서 어떠한 부분을 더 관리하고, 집중해야 하는지를 밝힐 것이다. 국내 제조기업을 대상으로 SCM 운영성과의 결정요인이 경영성과에 미치는가를 연구함으로써 향후 기업내에 생산성 및 경영성과를 극대화하는데 기여하고자 한다. 결론에서는 가설에 대한 연구결과에 대한 시사점을 도출한다.
