중요도-성취도 분석을 활용한 대구광역시 도시 관광의 전략 = The Strategy of Urban Tourism in Daegu by Importance-Performance Analysis

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 도시이미지 속성을 연구하여 중요도-성취도 차원을 분석하였다. 그리고 성별과 연령에 따른 중요도-성취도의 차이를 알아보고 도시 관광의 전략에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 본 연구는 조사방법을 훈련받은 조사요원들에 의하여 이루어졌으며, 조사기간 동안 유효한 표본 305부를 회수하여 분석에 활용하였다. 분석 방법으로는 중요도-성취도분석, 독립표본 t-test, 그리고 일원분산분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 스카이라인, 야간관광활동, 야생생물 또는 조류관찰, 풍부한 생태자원의 경우는 기대가 큰 반면 성취도가 낮게 평가되었다. 결론에서 도시관광 구성요소의 중요도-성취도 분석을 활용하여 인구통계변인에 따른 도시관광의 전략 제고에 시사점을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, the components of urban tourism were identified, IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) were analyzed, and the difference between sex and age’s perceptions of the IP were identified. Self-reported data from 305 respondents to one city in Korea were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using IPA, t-test and One way ANOVA.. The IPA result, the importance and performance is a difference to the urban visitor. Skyline, night tour activities, Wildlife or bird watching, and rich ecological resources are perceived to be very important to respondents, but performance levels are fairly low. In conclusion, the managerial implications of urban tourism strategy have identified in terms of IPA by demographic variables.
