공업화 건축 수요활성화를 위한 정책개선 로드맵 = Policy Roadmap for the Market Improvement of Industrialized Construction Method and Materials

국문 초록 (Abstract)

건설 기능인력의 고령화 및 숙련인력의 부족 등으로 건설현장의 생산방식은 과거처럼 노동력에 의존하기 힘든 상황이다. 최근 들어, 모듈러 공법 및 조립식 부재를 활용한 공업화 건축에 대한 관심이 매우 높아지고 있으나, 아직까지 활성화 단계로 접어들지는 못하고 있는 실정이다. 공업화 건축은 공기단축, 공사비절감, 가변성확보 등의 장점을 갖고 있기 때문에, 기술적인 저변 확대와 정책적 지원이 이루어질 경우 건설산업의 미래 유망기술로 부각될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 공업화 건축의 수요활성화를 위한 다양한 정책개선 대안들을 검토한 후, 각 대안의 우선순위에 입각한 정책개선 로드맵을 제시하고자 하였다. 결론적으로, 모두 18개 요소의 정책개선 과제들을 건설산업 선진화, 건설회사 발전, 자재회사 발전 기반 로드맵 상에 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Due to the aging workforce and the insufficient skilled manpower, the production method of construction sites can not rely on labors, like it did in the past. Recently, the interests in industrialized construction, using modular construction method and prefabricated subsidiary materials, are soaring, but it hasn’t enter the activated stage yet. The industrialized construction has the strengths in shortening construction periods, cost savings, securing flexibility. So, if the technical base is expanded and political support is materialized, it can be highlighted as a promising future technology. Therefore, this study aims to review the various policy alternatives to improve the demand for the industrialized construction, and propose the roadmap for the policy improvement, in terms of the order of priority of each alternative policy. In conclusion, the policy improvement objectives of total 18 elements are proposed on the roadmap, based on the advancement of the construction industry, the development development of construction companies, and the development of material companies.
