수도권 균형발전과 난개발 정비를 위한 자연보전권역 규제 피해지역 지원방안 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find the support measures for the Nature preservation region for the balanced development of Gyeonggi-do. To this end, it is necessary to have two strategies: substantial support for the Nature preservation region and regulatory reform for the regional development. The most desirable project for the residents of the Natural preservation region is the overall regulatory reform, and Gyeonggi-do’s regulatory reform efforts are continuously needed. The projects that the local governments in the Nature preservation region want to be supported by Gyeonggi-do in common are the expansion of the infrastructure and revitalizing the local economy. Therefore, Gyeonggi-do needs to support infrastructure installation, water infrastructure, expansion of city gas infrastructure, establishment of business incubation center and knowledge industry center to revitalize local economy etc.. Gyeonggi-do’s efforts for mutual solidarity, cooperation and consensus among local governments in the province are also necessary for substantial support for the Nature preservation region.
