The primary goal of our series of papers about the Floor Area Ratio and the Capacity Volume in Urban Space is to build quantitative models which can estimate and evaluate the volume in urban space and to draw the builtable space in 3-D image by C.A.D. In this paper, we expand the models and programmings from single lot to a block and urban region, and we apply these expanded models and programmings in urban planning and site design process.
As a result, we compute the capacity volume and maximum builtable space in typical lots and model blocks, and make ready reckoner which can show the builtable space of each typical lots and blocks, so we can roughly estimate the capacity volume of design blocks by using this reck¬oner if we can know some conditions of lots and roads in blocks.
