      The purpose of this study was to develop a scale of service quality in sport activity classes and to examine its adaptability. To achieve the purpose of this study, both SSQPS developed by K0(2000) and SQSSC developed by Cho & Hong(2002), were compared and analyzed based upon technical quality and functional quality which are Gronroos(1984)` two dimensional service quality constructs. Result of this study are as follows:
      First, it is proper to compose the scale of service quality with hierarchical and multidimensional scale then single dimensional scale. Second, when measuring the service quality of participant sport, components are variated by the cultural difference and the subjects. Finally, further study are needed in the field of technical quality and functional quality.
