지식공유가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 = Effects of knowledge sharing on job satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is identifying the impacts of knowledge sharing on job satisfaction to assist organizations which are propelling knowledge management
Through the literature review, top management support, reward system, trust and openness of communication are selected as an facilitating factors for knowledge sharing and research model was developed in the use of knowledge sharing as an intermediate variable
222 questionnaires were collected from six different companies and multiple regression analysis was used for verifying this study
The finding of this study shows that knowledge sharing greatly influence on job satisfaction and all four facilitating factors for knowledge sharing influences on job satisfaction much, too
