정보기술의 도입이 행정조직의 변화와 조직효과성에 미치는 영향: 문헌조사 방법을 이용한 시론 = Impact of Information Technology on Public Organizations: An Exploratory Study Based on a Literature Review

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 정보기술의 도입이 행정조직에 미치는 영향을 조직구조, 관리과정 및 조직구성원 개인 행태적 측면에서 고찰하고, 이러한 변화를 통해 행정조직의 효과성이 어떠한 영향을 받는가를 종합적으로 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 첫째, 연구의 분석 틀을 제시한 후, 둘째, 정보기술의 의의와 조직관리에 있어 정보기술의 중요성을 고찰하고, 셋째, 정보기술이 행정조직에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 조직구조, 관리과정 및 조직구성원 개인 행태적 측면에서 제시하며, 마지막으로, 이러한 영향을 통해 행정조직의 효과성이 어떻게 변화하는가를 고찰한다. 본 연구의 주요 연구방법으로는 정보기술이 조직의 제 변수에 미치는 영향을 제시한 선행 연구자료와 문헌을 검토하는 문헌조사방법을 사용하였다. 행정조직 및 기업조직의 관련 문헌들을 검토하였는데, 국내외 각종 학술지 게재 논문 및 단행본, 학위논문, 통계자료 및 정기간행물 등이 이용되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this current study is, based on a literature review on prior studies, to explore how the introduction of information technologies impacts public organizations in terms of organizational structure, management process, and individual behaviors of organizational members. Collectively it will show how the impacts lead to the change in organizational effectiveness. To achieve this purpose, the current study presents a research framework and explores the significance of the information technology in terms of organizational management. The causal variable of current study is the introduction of information technologies to the organization. The intervening variables of this study, which include organizational structure, management process, and individual behaviors of organizational members, explain how the introduction of information technologies affects changes in organizational effectiveness.
