중국 전통 고대 귀희곡(鬼戏曲) 꿈나라 설정 특성 연구 - 서상기(西厢记), 모란정(牡丹亭)을 중심으로 -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 필요성은 중국전통 고대 귀 희곡<서상기>와 <모란정>의 ‘꿈나라' 설정의 합리성, 기능성 및 예술적 특성을 연구함으로써 중국 전통연극에서 ‘꿈나라’의 상징적 의미를 분석하고 이를 통하여 중국 고대사회 문화와 삶의 현상을 제시하여 ‘꿈나라’가 사람들의 행동에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지를 고찰하여 독자들에게 제공하는 것이다. 주요분석 결과는 다음과 같다. <서상기>에 나타난 사성몽의 꿈의 구조에서 아름다운 꿈이 이루어진다(美梦成真) 아름다운 꿈이 깨진다(美梦破碎) 놀라서 깨어난다(惊惧而醒)라는 현 실 꿈의 구조와 유사하다. 연극 구조는 이야기를 기반으로 하고 작가는 실생활의 모순에서 출발하는 것 이다. <서상기>와 <모란정>의 두 꿈은 서정성이 강하고 다른 스토리라인을 구성하는 방식으로 극 전체에 서 과도기와 전환, 복선의 역할을 하며 인물을 보다 입체적으로 만들고 이야기의 전개를 촉진시켜 극의 완결성을 향해 나아갔다. 동시에 <모란정>을 통해 반봉건적 예교 사상을 심화시켰다. <서상기> 중국 문 학사에서 처음으로 ‘천하의 연인이 마침내 가족이 되기를’이라는 아름다운 염원을 정면으로 표현한 작품 이다. <모란정>은 두리랑의 사랑에 대한 집착은 탕현조 본인의 아름다운 사랑에 대한 환상을 반영하는 것이다. 특히 극작가는 극단적으로 변형된 예술적 방식으로 사회 갈등을 해결한다. 꿈나라 세계의 주제 는 현실에서 없거나 불가능한 이야기와 환상을 표현하는 작가의 기법이다. 무한성의 예술적 시공간을 개 척하고 주로 현실과 허황된 시공간을 연결하고 연극의 신비로운 색채와 상징적 의미를 더하며 연극의 ‘낯설기’ 무대 효과를 풍부하게 나타냈다. ‘낯설기'의 연극에서 구현 효과는 예술적 조형물로 관객을 변형 시켜 작품과 현실의 미적 거리를 만들고 독자의 미적 사고를 불러일으키는 것이다. 그리고 꿈으로만 새 로운 가상공간을 만들어내고 가상공간의 무질서함과 불확실성을 현실 이해의 범주를 넘어서게 함으로써 무대의 ‘낯설기’의 효과를 두드러지게 낼 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

By studying the rationality, functionality, and artistic characteristics of the setting of Dream Country in traditional Chinese plays“Seo sang-ki” and “Moran-jeong”, this study analyzes the symbolic meaning of Dream Country” in traditional Chinese theater and presents ancient Chinese social culture and life phenomena, and examines the impact of “Dream Country” on people's behavior and provides it to readers. The main analysis results are as follows. It is similar to the structure of a dream of a four-star dream shown in “Seo sang-ki” in which a beautiful dream is realized and a beautiful dream is awakened. The theatrical structure is based on a story, and the author starts from the contradiction of real life. Through the setting of “Dreamland”, the story is recreated and described outside the real space, and then gradually approaches and fuses in the real plot. The two dreams of “Seo Sang-ki” and “Moran-jeong”have strong lyricism and compose different storylines, playing the role of transition, transition, and double line throughout the play, making the character more three-dimensional and promoting the development of the story, moving toward the completeness of the play. The theme of the dream world is the artist's technique of expressing stories and fantasies that are impossible or exist in reality. It pioneered the artistic time and space of infinity, mainly connected reality and imaginary time, added the mysterious colors and symbolic meaning of the play, and richly expressed the stage effect of “Stranger” of the play. In the play of “Stranger”, the realization effect is to transform the audience into an artistic sculpture to create an aesthetic distance between the work and the reality and to arouse the reader's aesthetic thinking. By creating a new virtual space only with dreams and making the disorder and uncertainty of the virtual space beyond the scope of real understanding, the effect of “Stranger” of the stage could be remarkable.
