중소기업의 조직문화가 사내기업가정신을 매개로 한 기술혁신에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 중소기업에서 경영환경 변화에 적극적으로 대응함에 있어 기술혁신을 통한 기업 성장이 유효한 수단으로 작용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기술혁신을 함에 있어 사내기업가정신의 요인이 어떻게 작용하고 사내기업가정신이 구축되기 위한 선행변수로 조직문화가 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 관하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 혁신지향적 중소기업의 조직문화 유형 중 혁신지향적문화와 관계지향적 문화가 매개변수인 사내기업가정신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있고, 사내기업가정신 중 자율성과 미래지향성이 기술혁신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 특히, 위계지향적문화가 낮은 기업에서 사내기업가정신 중 자율성에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었는데 이는 중소기업에서의 조직문화의 변화가 절실히 요구되고 있음을 시사한다. 또한, 위험감수성이 기술혁신에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 보아 중소기업에서 기술혁신을 통한 성장을 함에 있어 위험에 대한 부담이 가장 크다고 볼 수 있다. 이를 위해 중소기업의 위험 부담을 해소 할 수 있도록 정부차원의 지원 및 정책을 적극적으로 수립하여 반영해 나가야 할 것으로 판단된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently, corporate growth through technical innovation becomes an effective means to actively respond to the changes in management environment in the small and medium sized enterprises. Thus, the present study examined how the corporate entrepreneurship affect the technical innovation and which roles the organization culture plays in the process of corporate entrepreneurship establishment as its antecedent variable. The study results showed that the innovation-oriented culture and the relationship-oriented culture among the organizational cultures in innovation-oriented small and medium sized enterprises have the positive (+) influence on corporate entrepreneurship (mediating variable), and the autonomy and future-orientation among the corporate entrepreneurships have the positive (+) influence on technical innovation. In particular, the results showed that autonomy among other corporate entrepreneurships affects technical innovation in the enterprises with low hierarchy-oriented culture, suggesting that the changes in organizational culture in small and medium sized enterprises are urgently needed. In addition, the results showed that risk-taking does not affect technical innovation, which indicates that the burden from the risk is the largest factor in growth through technical innovation in small and medium sized enterprises. Thus, these findings suggest that the government should actively establish and implement the support and policy to reduce the risk of small and medium sized enterprises.
