사회적 상호작용 놀이가 발달지체 영아의 사회적 반응행동과 어머니의 양육효능감에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Social Interaction Play on the Social Reaction of Infants with Developmental Delays and Parenting Self-efficacy of the Mothers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 어머니와의 상호작용 놀이가 발달지체 영아의 사회적 반응행동과 해당 영아의 어머니의 양육효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적을 두고 실시 되었다. 연구대상은 서울, 대구, 전주 지역의 유아특수학교 혹은 장애전담 어린이집의 영아반에 등원중인19-23개월 사이의 발달지체 영아 31명(실험군 N=16, 대조군 N=15)과 해당 영아들의어머니 31명(실험군 N=16, 대조군 N=15)이었으며 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 어머니와의 상호작용 놀이는 발달지체 영아의 전반적인 사회적 반응행동 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가장 큰 변화를 보였던 부분은 시각적 반응행동이었으며 언어적 반응행동과 신체적 반응행동이 그 다음으로 사후검사에서 평균점수에대한 향상을 보였다. 둘째, 자녀와의 상호작용 놀이는 영아기 발달지체 자녀를 둔 어머니의 전반적인 양육효능감 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of social interaction playon social reaction of infants with developmental delays and parentingself-efficacy of their mothers. An experimental study was conducted withdevelopmental delays infants(N=31) and their mothers(N=31). The results of thisstudy were as follows: first of all, social interaction play with mothers positivelyaffected the participated infants’ social reactions. The frequency of socialreactions in experimental group was significantly higher than that of the infantsin control group. Secondly, social interaction play with their children was alsopositively influenced on the mothers parenting self-efficacy. The generalparenting self-efficacy in experimental group was significantly improved than thatof mothers in control group.
