다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study verified the effect of emotional intelligence, as felt by college students majoring in tourism, on job-seeking stress and also the moderating effect of resilience between emotional intelligence and job-seeking stress. The analysis drew out the following results. First, the emotional response to regulation of emotion in the relationship between emotional intelligence and job-seeking stress suggests that the character stress decreases. And, the heightened perception of the other`s emotion appraisal suggests that the stress of the family environment increases. Next, the study showed that the higher perception of regulation of emotion was reduced to reduce academic stress. Moreover, the perceived self-emotion and other`s emotion appraisal has decreased the stress of reducing job insecurity. Also, the school environment stress decreases when it comes to perceived sensitivity to emotional use. Second, it is reported that if the emotional intelligence control the effect of moderating resilience in relation to job-seeking stress, it is more likely that the resilience of flexibility, sociability and positivity is reduced to the lower part of the control.
