결혼이주여성을 위한 한국어 교육의 현실 = 지역 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 결혼이주여성을 위한 한국어 교육의 현실적 문제를 진단하는 것이다. 이를 위해 두 지역에서 활동하고 있는 한국어 교사들의 실제적 사례를 조사하였다. 사례 조사는 예비 면접 조사와 설문 조사, 심층 면접 조사로 나누어 실시하였다.
결혼이주여성을 위한 한국어 교육 현장의 사례를 조사하고 분석한 결과 시급하게 개선되어야 할 네 가지 문제점이 드러났다. 첫째 한국어 교사의 경제적 처우를 개선해야 한다. 둘째 한국어 교육 내용을 개선해야 한다. 셋째, 한국어 교육 대상자 선정 기준과 절차를 개선해야 한다. 넷째, 한국어 교육 현장과 중앙 행정기관 간 소통 체계를 개선해야 한다.
이 연구를 통해 결혼이주여성을 위한 한국어 교육 현장의 의견을 구체적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 결혼이주여성을 위한 한국어 교육이 성공적으로 정착되고 실시되기 위해서는 현장의 의견을 수용하고 문제점을 개선하려는 관련 행정기관의 의지와 노력이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the practical problems related to Korean language education for marriage immigrant women. To achieve this, We researched the real cases of Korean language teachers working in two districts. This case research was consisted of pilot interview, survey, high-impact interview.
In a research on site cases of Korean language education for marriage immigrant women, It is clear that Four problems should be urgently improved. Firstly, the financial treatment of Korean language teachers should be improved. Secondly, Korean language educational contents should be improved. Thirdly, The criteria and procedure for selecting learners should be improved. Fourthly, The communication systems between the field of Korean language education and the administrative agencies concerned.
This research found out the concrete suggestions from the field of Korean language education for marriage immigrant women. For successful Korean language education, The administrative agencies concerned must have a will and must make effort to accept suggestions and to solve the problems from the field.
