A study on the fatigue life test for shot peened STS 304 specimen using reliability evaluation method was investigated in this paper. We used an accelerated life test method, which provides life distribution more quickly than a normal life test method. To predict life distribution of shot peend materials from the high temperature fatigue test data. Four pointing bending test machine with high temperature chamber were used for this experiment. The experimental result using an arrhenius model, and normal condition fatigue tests were accomplished to compare with an estimated life distribution line. This results suggested that the possibility of accelerated life test apply to shot peened materials.
