종합병원 근무 방사선사의 직무스트레스와 피로자각증상과의 관련성 = Relationship Between Job Stress and Fatigue Symptoms of Radiologists Working in General Hospitals

This study was undertaken to investigate the relationship between job stress and fatigue symptoms (MFS) of radiologists The study subjects were 182 radiologists working at general hospitals. The survey was conducted using a self-administrated questionnaire during the period July 1 to August 31, 2019. Results of this study indicate that the fatigue symptoms of study subjects were significantly higher with increased job demand. Furthermore, the decision latitude and supervisor and co-worker support were also significantly higher. Results of the logistic regression analysis revealed that the risk of belonging to the high-risk fatigue group increased in the very high group (Q4) compared to the low group (Q1) in job demand, while the risk of belonging to the high-risk fatigue group was significantly reduced in the very high group (Q4) compared to the low group (Q1) in the decision latitude and supervisor and co-worker support. Moreover, multiple regression analysis determined that gender, age, monthly income, physical burden of work, satisfaction in work, fit to the job, job demand, and supervisor support were significant variables. These findings suggest that the fatigue symptoms of radiation technologists are closely related to the job stress experienced in the workplace.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 방사선사의 직무스트레스와 피로자각증상(MFS)과의 관련성을 규명해 보고자 시도하였다. 조사대상은 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 방사선사 182명이었으며, 조사기간은 2019년 7월 1일부터 8월 31일까지였다. 조사방법은 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식 설문조사에 의하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상 방사선사들의 피로자각증상(MFS)은 업무의 요구도가 낮은 군보다 높은 군에서, 업무의 자율성, 상사의 지지도 및 동료의 지지도가 높은 군보다 낮은 군에서 유의하게 높았다. 조사대상자들의 직무스트레스 내용과 피로자각증상(MFS) 간의 상관관계를 보면, 피로자각증상(MFS)은 업무요구도와 양의 상관관계를 보였으나 업무의 자율성, 상사의 지지도 및 동료의 지지도와는 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 고위험 피로군이 나타날 위험비는 업무요구도가 낮은 군(Q1)에 비해 매우 높은 군(Q4)에서 유의하게 증가한 반면, 업무의 자율성, 상사의 지지도 및 동료의 지지도가 낮은 군(Q1)에 비해 매우 높은 군(Q4)에서 유의하게 감소하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 피로자각증상에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 성별, 연령, 월수입, 업무의 신체적 부담정도, 업무에 대한 만족도, 업무에 대한 적성여부, 업무의 요구도 및 상사의 지지도가 유의한 변수로 선정되었다. 이 같은 연구결과는 방사선사들의 피로자각증상(MFS)은 직장내에서 경험하게 되는 직무스트레스 내용과 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 시사하고 있다.
