This experiment was designed to the fundamental study on changes of blood chemistry components during the submaximal exercise at the level of 70 to 80% with treadmill running in martial artist (judist and taekwondo) of sixteen subjects who are student athletes in Seoul city. The results were as follows: The changes of levels of hemoglobin m the blood and plasma electrolytes including glucose, sodium {Na(+)}, chloride {Cl(-)} and lactic acid in the venous blood were tend to be significantly increased at immediatery after than before treadmill running in subjects. However, that of potassium {K(+)}, phosphornic inorganic {Pi}, calcium {Ca} and creatine phosphokinase {CPK} were not significantly changes.
