IPA 분석을 통한 다문화가족 지원 정책 탐색 연구 : 결혼이민자 여성을 중심으로 = A Study on the Policy Exploration of Multicultural Family Policy through IPA Analysis : Centered on married immigrant women

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 2023년 4월 여성가족부에서 발표한 ‘제4차 다문화가족정책 기본계획(2023~2027)’의 세부 정책에 대한 다문화가구원의 인식 조사를 수행하고자 한다. 즉, 제4차 다문화가족정책 기본계획을 구성하고 있는 4개의 대과제와 14개의 중과제, 그리고 각 중과제별 주요 세부과제에 대한 다문화가구원이 인식하고 있는 중요도와 만족도 분석(IPA, Importance and Performance Analysis)을 수행하고자 한다. 분석을 위해 A자치 단체 관내 다문화가족지원센터를 이용하는 다문화가구 거주자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. IPA 분석으로 현재 추진되고 있는 다문화가구지원 사업들을 ‘지속유지영역’, ‘집중노력영역’, ‘점진개선영역’, 그리고 ‘과잉노력영역’으로 구분하였다. 각 영역이 갖는 이론적 내용을 토대로 본 연구에서는 다문화가구 지원 정책을 기획하고 집행하는 정부기관에 정책적 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 또한, 본 연구는 기존의 국내 다문화가구 지원 정책 연구의 고도화를 위해, 현재 추진되고 있는 정책에 대한 다문화가구원의 중요도와 만족도 관련 인식조사 결과를 제시함으로써 국내 다문화연구의 이론적 확장에 기여한다고 생각한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to conduct a survey on the perception of multicultural families on the detailed policies of the 4th Basic Plan for Multicultural Family Policy (2023~2027) announced by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in April 2023. In other words, the study intends to conduct an IPA (Importance and Performance Analysis) of the importance and satisfaction recognized by multicultural families on multicultural policy that constitute the 4th basic plan for multicultural family policy. For the analysis, a survey was conducted on residents of multicultural households using the multicultural family support center in the A local government. The multicultural household support policy currently being promoted by IPA analysis were divided into 'sustained maintenance area', 'intensive effort area', 'point improvement area', and 'excess effort area'. Based on the theoretical contents of each area, this study presents policy implications to government agencies that plan and implement policies to support multicultural households. In addition to these practical/policy contributions, this study is able to contribute to the theoretical expansion of domestic multicultural research by presenting the results of a survey on the importance and satisfaction of the current policy to advance the existing domestic multicultural household support policy research.
