긍정심리학을 적용한 진로상담모형 = Seligman의 행복론을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 Seligman의 행복론을 중심으로 긍정심리학에 근거한 진로상담모형을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 긍정심리학을 적용한 진로상담은 일을 통해 즐거움과 유능함을 경험하는 동시에 삶의 의미까지도 느끼도록 할 수 있다는 전제에서 출발하였다. 문헌고찰과 전문가 검증을 거쳐 모형을 구안하였다. 구안된 모형의 상담과정은 초기면접, 문제 평가 및 명료화, 상담목표 설정, 개입, 종결 및 추수지도의 총 5단계로 이루어져있다. 첫째, 초기면접단계에서는 내담자와 관계를 형성하고 기본정보를 수집한다. 둘째, 문제평가 및 명료화 단계에서는 내담자의 문제를 파악하기 위해 진로정보영역 피라미드와 의사결정의 CASVE 과정을 활용한다. 진로정보영역 피라미드 중 자신에 대한 이해영역에서는 강점에 대한 인식과 활용여부, 몰입경험과 삶의 의미의 유무라는 세 가지 차원에 초점을 두고 내담자의 문제를 탐색한다. 셋째, 상담목표 설정단계에서는 문제를 해결하기 위한 상담목표를 설정한다. 넷째, 개입단계에서는 몰입경험과 삶의 의미가 각각 적절히 경험되었는지에 따라 4가지 유형의 진로문제로 구분하여 개입한다. 마지막으로 종결 및 추수지도 단계에서는 상담 목표의 달성 여부와 진전을 평가한다. 끝으로 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 후속연구와 발전방안을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to propose a career counseling model based on the positive psychology. A career counseling model construed through literature reviews and experts’ verification is suggested as follows: The counseling process of the model consists of five steps: initial interview, problem evaluation and clarification, counseling goal setting, intervention, termination. First, in the initial interview stage, the focus is on exploring his or her strengths and resources, while exploring the client’s background information regarding career. Second, in the problem evaluation and clarification stage, it is suggested the career information domain pyramid and decision making CASVE process should be used to identify the client"s problem. Next, in this stage, counseling goals are set to solve the problems. Fourth, intervention strategies are divided into four types of career problems depending on whether the client has experience of flow and meaning of life. Finally, the achievement of the counseling goals are evaluated.
