The recent trend to follow healthy and quality life causes the national bakery industries to continually release all kinds of new functional or organic bakery products and they make their efforts to develop new products. Nevertheless, there are few studies on the analysis of cause-and-effect relationship between the effective on satisfaction of organic products and purchase attitude, targeted at consumers.
This study examined the effect relationship on interest in and attitude organic bakery products and realized value and satisfaction based on well-being that consumers recognized to deduct management.
The study results are as follows.
Interest in and positive consumption attitude to organic bakery products value these products more. Positive attitude to and interest in products by improved satisfaction can contribute to results (recognized value and satisfaction with products). If recognized value is higher, a positive contribution is made to satisfaction with products.
Also, since a positive consumption attitude to and interest in products contribute to results (recognized value and satisfaction with products), it is important to underline this point.
