Korea’s recent housing stability policy is being implemented as a plan to integrate types of public rental housing and expand housing benefit support. This can be said to be a customized approach to consumers in response to diversified changes in values. According to this trend, the needs of consumers must be reflected in the planning and supply of public rental housing, and in particular, it must be possible to predict and respond to changes in demand by space due to changes in family members. Accordingly, in this study, we surveyed the satisfaction level of 3,455 public rental housing residents who moved in 2020 by type of cohabiting family, and through this, we aim to suggest a direction for supplying public rental housing tailored to demand.
