부모의 자율성지지가 대학생의 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향: 자기수용의 매개효과 = The Relationship between Parental Autonomy Support and Interpersonal Problems: Mediating Effect of Self-Acceptance

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생이 지각하는 부와 모의 자율성지지가 자기수용을 매개로 하여 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 실시되었다. 이를 위해서 강원도와 충북의 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 263명을 대상으로 부모의 자율성지지, 자기수용, 대인관계문제 수준을 측정하였고 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과, 첫째 부와 모의 자율성지지는 대인관계문제와 부적인 상관이, 자기수용과는 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 부와 모의 자율성 지지적인 양육태도가 높으면 높을수록 자녀의 자기수용은 높아지며, 대인관계문제는 줄어든다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 부와 모의 자율성지지와 대인관계문제에서 자기수용이 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대학생의 대인관계문제를 조력하기 위해서 부와 모가 자율성을 지지하는 양육태도 뿐만 아니라 자기수용 능력을 높이는 방안을 마련할 필요성이 있음을 보여준다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to identify the role of self-acceptance as mediating variable in the relationship between parental autonomy support and interpersonal problem. For this study, it was collected data about parental autonomy support, interpersonal problem and self-acceptance from 263 students at colleges located in Gangwon and Chungbuk. The mediating effect was analyzed by multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that parental autonomy support is significant negative correlations with interpersonal problems and significant positive correlations with self-acceptance. Therefore it was identified that both father and mother's autonomy support were significantly related to higher self-acceptance and lower interpersonal problems. Second, self-acceptance partly mediated the relationship between parental autonomy support and interpersonal problems. This result suggests that it would be highly important to improve self-acceptance and to facilitate parental autonomy support for undergraduates with interpersonal problems. Implications of these finding and recommendations were discussed based on the result of this study.
