건설현장 근로자의 안전작업 유능감과 안전교육의 인식이 안전의식 수준에 미치는 영향 = A Study on the Effect of Construction Site Workers' Ability to Work Safety and the Perception of Safety Education on the Level of Safety Consciousness

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 건설현장 근로자의 안전업무 역량과 안전교육에 대한 인식이 안전의식 수준에 미치는 영향과 그 관계에서 조직지원의 매개효과를 검증하는 것입니다. 주요 연구 결과, 첫째, 건설현장 근로자의 안전교육에 대한 인식 수준과 안전작업 역량은 모두 안전의식 향상에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었습니다. 둘째, 건설현장 근로자의 안전교육과 안전의식 간의 관계에서 조직적 지원의 매개효과는 나타나지 않았다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 건설현장 근로자의 안전의식을 향상시키기 위해서는 외부의 조직적 지원보다 현재 실시되고 있는 안전교육의 효과성, 즉 안전교육 대상자가 체감하는 교육의 질적 개선이 우선시되어야 현장의 안전의식 향상으로 이어질 수 있음을 밝혔다

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of construction site workers' safety work competence and perception of safety education on their level of safety awareness, and the moderating effect of organizational support in the relationship. As a result of the main research, first, it was analyzed that the level of awareness of safety education and the safety work competence of construction site workers were all factors that lead to improved safety awareness. Second, there was no moderating effect of organizational support in the relationship between the safety education of construction site workers on safety awareness. Through this, this study revealed that in order to improve the safety awareness of construction site workers, the effectiveness of safety education currently being conducted, that is, the improvement of the quality of education perceived by safety education subjects, must be prioritized over external organizational support to lead to an improvement in safety awareness in the field.
