울산광역시 학교시설 친환경실태에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Environment-Friendly Conditions of School Facilities in Ulsan

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 울산광역시 학교시설의 친환경실태를 조사하여 학교건축물 친환경인증 심사기준이 실제 학교건축물에 적용가능한지를 분석해 본 후, 학교시설에서 필요한 친환경 인증요소를 제안하는데 있다. 연구대상은 2004년부터 2005년 사이에 울산광역시에서 개교한초 '중 ·고등학교 10곳이며, 각 학교를 현장 답사하여 실태조사하고 평가항목에 따라 친환경실태를 분석해 보았다. 실태조사시 평가방법은 친환경건축물 인증제도 중에서 학교시설의 친환경건축물 인증심사기준을 근거로 하여, 이미 지어진 학교건축물을 대상으로 정량적인 평가가 가능한 문항 29개를 추출하여 평가표를 작성하였다. 조사 결과 실내 환경 부문 중에서는 친환경 항목을 만족시키는 부분이 많았으나, 에너지 절약과 수자원 이용, 생태환경, 친환경 자재 사용 부분에서는 대부분이 제대로 설치되거나 이행되지 않은 것으로 나왔다. 그리고 수자원의 경우 설치비용과 자연조건 때문에 대부분의 항목이 현실가능성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 학교시설 친환경건축물 인증심사 기준을 좀 더 현실적이며, 지역의 특성에 맞는 수정 가능한 융통성이 필요하며, 인증평가 결과의 신뢰성 및 가치를 높이기 위한 정책적인 뒷받침과 정부 및 교육관계자, 건설관계자들의 의지와 노력이 필요할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to suggest proper Green Building Certification Criteria for the school facilities based on the results of investigating the environment-friendly conditions of school facilities in Ulsan. Ten school which open between 2004 and 2005were examined. Researchers visited school and examined environment-friendly conditions according to 29 criteria which were derived from quantifiable Green Building Certification Criteria for school facilities. The results of this study were following; 1) The criteria which related to interior environment wore satisfactory, however, some criteria such as energy efficiency, the utilization of water resource, ecological environment, and use of environment-friendly resources were not applied to most school facilities. 2) In terms of utilization, most criteria seem to impossible to apply because of installation cost and natural conditions. Therefore, Green Building Certification Criteria for school facilities should be modified practically and need a flexibility following local characteristics. In addition, government office, the authorities, and school builders should have will and make an effort to increase validity and value of these criteria.
