지역사회 거주 정신장애인의 기능 및 증상 요인과 회복의 관계 = The Influences of Recovery on Mentally Disabled Persons` Behavior and Symptom in the Community

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회 거주 정신장애인의 기능 및 증상 요인이 회복에 미치는 영향을 분석함에 있다. 이를 위하여 G시의 5개 정신건강증진센터에 등록된 정신장애인 367명의 데이터를 활용하였으며, 자료 분석은 위계적 회귀분석을 활용하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 정신장애인의 인구사회학적 특성 중 직업이 있는 경우와 진단명이 조현병인 경우 회복 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정신장애인의 기능 및 증상 요인 중 우울과 불안으로 인한 어려 움이 적을수록, 대인관계문제의 어려움이 적을수록, 충동 및 중독행동으로 인한 어려움이 적을수록 회복에 긍정적 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 정신장애인의 회복 지원을 위한 실천적 함의를 살펴보고자 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the recovery of persons with mental illness in the community. Cross-sectional surveys were conducted 367 persons with mental illness at five community mental health centers located in G Metropolitan City. The method of analysis is hierarchical regression. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, the recovery level was high who has a job of the socio-demographic characteristics and a diagnosis of schizophrenia. Second, the recovery was influenced positively on less depression and anxiety, fewer difficulties of interpersonal problems and less compulsive and addictive behavior. On the basis of the study, practical implications to support the recovery of persons with mental illness were considered.
