      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      Objective C and HTML5 are widely used for developing App. programs for smart phones and Web programs, but actually there are no appropriate Language Correction Factors on these. For appropriate Language Correction Factors on these, there have been two studies in this paper. The one was a study based on an expert survey and the other was a study based on real data related Function Point from SW projects.
      In the first study based on an expert survey, through the selection method of Language Category and the selection method of Language Correction Factor’s value, some appropriate Language Correction Factors were selected. And in the second study based on real data, data related Function Point were collected from finished SW projects with these languages and then Man-Month Function Point and Correction Function Point were compared and verified by some criteria like MMRE, MdMRE and PRED.

      The results of “the study based on an expert survey” and “the study based on real data” were assessed holistically. Language Correction Factor’s value “0.8” was evaluated through all criteria as the best appropriate Language Correction Factors on Objective C and HTML5.

      This result will be able to be appropriately guiding and preventing confusion where estimating Function Point and Cost Estimation related Objective C and HTML5 projects and be used as objective data for amending “The Guide of Software Cost Estimation”.

      According to “the study based on an expert survey”, 90% of experts answered for amending Language Correction Factors due to the rapid change of technology environment. Future research will be focused on it.
