정신병질 성향자들의 비윤리적 의사결정에 미치는 도덕적 정서의 강도 및 도덕적 이탈 단서의 효과 = The Effect of Strength of Moral Emotions and Moral Disengagement Cues on Unethical Decision Making of People with Psychopathic Tendency

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 정신병질자들의 비윤리적 행동에 관여하는 인지 및 정서과정을 이해할 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 윤리적 갈등상황에서 경험하는 도덕적 정서의 강도 및 도덕적 이탈 단서에 정신병질자들의 비윤리적 의사결정 수준이 달라질 것이라는 가설을 실험을 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 LSRP 점수에 기초하여 대학생으로 구성된 정신병질 성향집단 50명과 일반집단 50명을 선발한 후 도덕적정서의 강도와 도덕적 이탈 단서가 조작된 윤리적 갈등 시나리오 실험을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 정신병질 성향집단이 일반집단보다, 도덕적정서경험이 강할 때보다는 약할 때, 도덕적 이탈 단서가 없을 때보다는 제시되었을 때, 비윤리적 의사결정 수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 일반집단은 약한 도덕적 정서가 자극되는 상황에서는 도덕적 이탈 단서가 주어졌을 때 비윤리적 의사결정 수준이 높았으나, 강한도덕적 정서가 자극되는 상황에서는 도덕적 이탈 단서의 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 반면 정신병질 성향집단은 약한 도덕적 정서가 자극되는 상황에서는 도덕적 이탈 단서의 효과가 나타나지 않았으나, 강한 도덕적 정서가 자극되는 상황에서는 도덕적 이탈 단서가 주어졌을 때비윤리적 의사결정 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구가 갖는 임상적 함의 및 제한점에 대해 논의하고 후속 연구의 방향을 제언하였다.
