집단상담이 학교 부적응 중학생의 대인관계 및 부모-자녀간 의사소통에 미치는 효과 : Satir 가족치료이론 中心으로 = (The) effects of the Group Counseling Program on the Human Relation and the Communication Perception between Parents and Adolescents of the Maladjusted Students in the Secondary school : Based on Satir's Family Therapy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 Satir가족치료 이론을 바탕으로 한 집단상담이 학교 부적응 중학생들의 대인관계와 부모-자녀간 의사소통에 어떤 효과가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 학교에 재학하고 있는 부적응 중학생을 그 대상으로 하였고, 학교 안에서 실시할 수 있는 프로그램의 근거를 제공하고 동시에 Satir 집단상담을 학교현장에서 사용할 때 그 효과성을 높일 수 있게 하기 위해서 어떤 변인들이 고려되어야 하는지를 탐색해 보는데 본 연구의 목적이 있고 이 목적에 따른 가설은 다음과 같다.
가설 1. Satir 가족치료 이론을 바탕으로 한 집단상담 프로그램이 학교 부적응 중학생들의 대인관계 지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다.
가설 2. Satir 가족치료 이론을 바탕으로 한 집단상담 프로그램이 학교 부적응 중학생들의 부모-자녀간 의사소통에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다.
본 연구의 대상이 된 집단은 연구자가 재직하고 있는 김해시 소계의 K중학교 2학년 학생 중에서 학생부에서 부적응 중학생으로 지목한 21명 중 집단상담을 희망하는 11명으로 구성하였다.
실험집단에는 Satir 이론을 바탕으로 한 총 10회의 집단상담을 실시하였고, 대인관계 검사와 부모-자녀간 의사소통 검사를 사전과 사후 2회 실시하였다.
자료 처리는 SPSS 통계프로그램을 이용하여 t-검정하여 비교하였다.
연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, Satir 집단상담의 경험은 부적응 중학생의 대인관계 지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이해성을 제외한 나머지 6개 하위영역에서는 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
7개의 하위요인 중에서 의사소통성에 가장 높은 효과가 있었고 민감성 부분은 다소 효과가 적었다.
둘째, Satir 집단상담 경험은 부모-자녀간 의사소통에도 개방형은 의미 있게 높아졌고 문제형은 의미 있게 낮아져 전체적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the Satir's group counseling program based on Satir's family therapy on the human relation and the communication perception between parents and adolescents of the maladjusted students in the secondary school.
The subjects of this study were the maladjusted students in the secondary school and this study was aimed to provide the possible counseling program in school and to find out what kind of variables must be considered to improve the effectiveness when Satir's group counseling program was used in school. The hypotheses were followed;
Hypothesis 1 : The group counseling program based on Satir's family therapy would affect the perception of the human relation of the maladjusted students positively.
Hypothesis 2 : The group counseling program based on Satir's family would affect the communication perception between parents and adolescents of the maladjusted students positively.
The subject group for this study was consisted of 11 volunteer students who were selected from 21 designated maladjusted students among two-year- students in K Middle school in Kim-hae, Kyeongnam province.
The 11 students took part in the group counseling ten times and went through pre and post test two times for the human relation and the communication between parents and adolescents.
The data was controlled by SPSS program and analyzed by t--verification method.
'The results were followed;
First, the Satir's group counseling had a good effect on the perception of the human relation of the maladjusted students, showing there was a significant effect statistically on the rest six sub-categories except for comprehensiveness and there was the highest effect on communication and a little law effect in sensitiveness among subordinate factors.
Second, the Satir's group counseling had a positive effect on the communication perception between parents and adolescents generally, showing open-mined types increased and trouble-making types decreased significantly.
