At this moment, the relative rotational speed difference between engine and transmission, so the impact may occur. Because of this resistance and durability are required. In an effort to compensate for the impact of mechanical stopper is applied. The shape of the mechanical stopper affects the stress distribution of lock-up clutch. In this work, Using Dynamic Analysis of stress distribution on the shape of the mechanical stopper and safety confirmed, and studied its optimal shape.
