      미래학교의 지향에 대한 학교 구성원의 인식 분석 = An Analysis of the Perception of School Members on the Direction of Future Schools

      Changes in the future society require many changes in schools along with efforts to make progressive changes in education. Accordingly, most metropolitan and provincial offices of education are establishing and promoting policies related to future schools. The A Office of Education also established plans related to future schools and specified visions, goals, core elements, and implementation strategies, but there was a limitation in that it failed to systematically collect opinions from school members to implement goals and visions. In this study, the opinions of school members were collected on the factors that A Office of Education should have in operating future schools, and the main characteristics and future school orientation that can be found were analyzed. To this end, a survey was conducted in July 2022, and the response data of a total of 1,712 students, parents, and faculty members at schools carrying out school space-related projects such as Green Smart Future School at the A Office of Education were analyzed. The survey content is a recognition of the focus on values (diversity, creative fusion, citizenship) that should be pursued in connection with future school goals and the direction that future schools should pursue in the future. For item analysis, cross-analysis was conducted by school level and members.
      The main findings are as follows. First, in terms of diversity, school member had different preferences, with students more likely to support career-related activities and parents to activate customized individual learning. Teachers and staff tended to prefer student demand-based `curriculum organization and operation. Second, in terms of creative convergence, school members generally tended to prefer revitalizing project classes centered on real-life problem solving. Third, in terms of citizenship, students had a high preference for conducting creative experience activities using resources outside of school, while parents and faculty members were highly aware of fostering community values through democratic citizenship education and environmental ecological education. Fourth, the direction that future schools will pursue was derived from student-centered individualization and diversified curriculum construction in common to school members. Based on this, implications for the promotion of future school policies were discussed.
