대학원생의 인지적 유연성이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 디지털 리터러시와 협력적 조절의 매개효과 = Influence of Cognitive Flexibility on Graduate Students’ Innovative Behavior: The Mediating Effects of Digital Literacy and Co-Regulation

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study sought to investigate the structural relationship between cognitive flexibility, digital literacy, and co-regulation. This study also aimed to examine the mediating effects of digital literacy and co-regulation on the relation between graduate students' cognitive flexibility and innovative behavior. To this end, we analyzed survey data from 1,062 graduate students at a public university in Seoul, South Korea using structural equation modeling. The main findings are as follows. First, cognitive flexibility had a direct positive effect on innovative behavior. Second, digital literacy and co-regulation each had a direct positive effect on graduate students' innovative behavior. Third, the individual mediating effects of digital literacy and co-regulation were statistically significant, and the dual mediating effects of the two variables were also significant. This study is significant in that it extended the study on cognitive flexibility and innovative behavior to the context of graduate education. In addition, it considered behavioral and social variables as well as cognitive constructs that can affect graduate students' innovative behavior. This study also suggests the necessity of taking practical actions to enhance the innovative behavior of graduate students.
