In this study, for the purpose of enhancing competitiveness and process advancement in the food industry, C consulting company recognized that the facility management sector was the most lacking and had many areas to be supplemented as a result of the production system diagnosis by C consulting company. In order to improve the competitiveness of the production system in consideration of the characteristics of the industry, an optimization method suitable for the characteristics of the food industry was derived from two main aspects: a process and facility automation analysis methodology and a production efficiency management method that simultaneously manages quantity and efficiency in a quantity-oriented management concept. We intend to promote application and spread development.
