금강모치 Moroco Keumgang Uchida(Pises, Cyprinidae)의 골격에 관한 硏究 = The Osteology of Moroco Keumgang Uchida (Pisces, Cyprinidae) in Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

韓國産 황어 亞科에 屬하는 금강모치 Moroco keumgang의 分類學的 位置를 구명하기 위하여 M. keumgang과 그 類緣種의 骨格學的 硏究를 수행하였고 魚類의 分類에 重要視되어 왔던 頭部 側線 感覺管도 觀祭하였다.
본 조사에서 Moroco keumgang의 頭骨, 脊柱, 尾部骨格 및 지느러미 骨格을 자세히 조사하였던 바 M.keumgand은 비교적 긴 interorbital septum을 가지며, 側篩骨과 翼楔骨에 突起가 없는 점, preopercular canal이 dentary canal과 연결되는 점 및 infraorbital canal과 postocular commissure canal의 開孔의 數가 다소 적은 점 등에 있어서 屬內의 다른 種들과 크게 달라 注目되었다.
한편 Moroco屬은 anterior myodome을 갖고, interorbital septum의 하단이 확장되어 楔骨의 背面을 덮어 septum이 완성되는 점 副楔骨이 거의 수평을 이루는 점 등은 Phoxinus 屬과 共有하는 形質로 나타났고, 이러한 3가지의 形質은 잉어科 中에서도 Moroco屬과 Phoxinus 屬만이 갖는 形質이므로 Moroco 屬은 황어亞科 內에서 Phoxinus 屬과 깊은 類緣關係를 갖는 것으로 思料된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The osteological features of Moroco keumgang were examined and compared with its related species, and the lateral-line sensory systems on the head that has been using important characters in fish classification were also investigated.
In the present study, the detailed descriptions of cranium, vertebral column, caudal complex, and fin supports of Moroco keumgang are presented. M. keumgang differs from other species of the genus Moroco based on the longer interorbital septum, the absence of the process at lateral ethomid and pterosphenoid, the presence of connection between the dentary canal, and fewer number of pores of infraorbital canal and postorbital commissure canal.
And the genus Moroco shares with the genus Phoxinus some characteristics as follows; 1) the presence of anterior myodome, 2) the form of interorbital septum which the lower part of septum is extended and contact over the parasphenoid roundly, and 3) the relatively straightened parasphenoid. As given three characteristics is observed in only Moroco and Phoxinus in family Cyprinidae, it is remarked that the genus Moroco has close relationships with Phoxinus.
