The authers studies clinically at the profile of hyperlipidemia in 26 cases adult nephrotic syndrome, consist of 17 male and 9 female, ranging from 16 to 49 years old in recent at Jeonbug National University Hospital.
1. The mean value of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride of nephrotic patients were 471.1±201.3㎎% and 285.6±97.9㎎% respectively, and serum triglyceride levels were directly correlated with their serum total cholesterol levels.
2. It was observed tendency that serum cholesterol levels of nephrotic patients increase as their serum albumin levels decrease but no significants.
3. The significant relationship were no observed among glomerular filtration rate(GFR) and serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels changes.
4. The significants negative relationship were found between GFR and urine total protein amounts per day changes.
