In this paper, when the heat treatment is working, the use of power and time parameters attribution and derivation of the abnormal wear generated in the outer ring of the constant velocity joint part that serves that passed a constant driving force of the front-wheel(FWD) car analyze changes of the microstructure and hardness and an edurance test was performed by applying the actual model. As a result, grain refinement has a decisive physical property effect on hardness, effective case depth, wear resistance etc. and it is determined to be sufficient to induce a high output to prevent the creation of a rapid cooling when the retained austenite to a heat treatment and by gain complete martensitic structure for improved wear resistance and hardness of a structural carbon steel(SM53C) suppress the occrrence of abnormal wear phenomena.
