프로티언 경력태도와 학과만족도의 관계와 진로준비행동의 매개효과 = Relationship between Protean Career Attitudes and Department Satisfaction and the Mediating Effect of Career Preparation Behavior

This study aims to analyze the relation between protean career attitude, career preparation behavior, and satisfaction with the department as a response to future society. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting college students, and the analysis results were drawn as follows. First, the higher the protean career attitude, the higher the career preparation behavior. Second, protean career attitude, satisfaction with the department, and career preparation behavior had a significant correlation with each other. Third, protean career attitude had a positive influence on career preparation behavior. Fourth, career preparation bhavior had a mediating effect on the relation between protean career attitude and satisfaction with the department. It is necessary to generally review the college’s directionality of career development services based on this study.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 미래사회 대응능력으로서 프로티언 경력태도, 진로준비행동과 학과만족도 간의 관계를 분석하는데 목적을 둔다. 이를 위하여 4년제 대학교 재학생들에게 설문을 진행하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 대학생의 프로티언 경력태도와 학과만족도 그리고 진로준비행동 간에 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 존재한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째,대학생의 프로티언 경력태도는 진로준비행동에 정적(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 대학생의 프로티언 경력태도는 학과만족도에 정적(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 프로티언 경력태도와 의 관계에서 학과만족도의 관계에서 진로준비행동의 매개효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구에 기초하여 대학의 경력개발서비스 방향성을 전체적으로 검토하는 접근이 필요하다.
