This study developed its discussions by focusing on the vitalizations of New-media industry due to the shifting of the Media Paradigm. As a result, proposals were suggested, as follows : First, the 'globalization' of Media. The cultivation of Media, tie-ups or M&As were proposed to develop international competing power, intensive investment on globalization of human resources. Suggested currently with the invasion of the international media market by creating high value added with 'One Source Multi Use' utilizing single resource for varied purposes. Second, the cultivation of international competing power was suggested along with the industrialization of New-media by ’global Infotainment.’ Also it was proposed for Infotainment by the game and amusement industries, and then reinforce profit models through the legalization of adult contents.
