노인일자리사업 참여지속의지가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 - 사회적 자본의 매개효과 - = A Study on the Influence of Participants' Persistence on the Quality of Life - Social Capital Mediation Effect -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of the persistence of participation in the Senior Employment Program on the quality of life and to improve the quality of life of the elderly by verifying the mediating effect of social capital. The survey was the data of 275 participants in the Senior Employment Program in P city, Gyeongsangbuk-do were analyzed. The main results of this study are as follows. First, persistence of participation in the Senior Employment Program has a statistically significant effect on quality of life, Second, persistence of participation in the Senior Employment Program has a statistically significant effect on social capital. Third, as a result of the research model, it was found that persistence of participation in the Senior Employment Program has a statistically significant effect on quality of life and then the mediator, social capital, was found to have a full mediating effect. Based on the results, this study aims to provide practical and policy implications for social welfare to improve the quality of life of senior workers.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 노인일자리사업 참여지속의지가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 사회적 자본의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 노인의 생활만족도를 향상시키고자 하였다. 조사는 경상북도 P시의 노인일자리사업 참여자 275명의 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 노인일자리사업 참여지속의지가 생활만족도에 정적(positive)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 참여지속의지가 높아질수록 생활만족도가 높아지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 노인일자리사업 참여지속의지는 사회적 자본에 정적(positive)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 참여지속의지가 높아질수록 사회적자본이 높아지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 노인일자리사업 참여지속의지는 생활만족도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치며, 이 관계에서 매개변인인 사회적 자본은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 기반으로 노인일자리사업 참여자의 생활만족도를 증진시키기 위한 사회복지 실천적ㆍ정책적 방안을 모색하고자 한다.
