      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      [Purpose] The purpose of this study was the influence of organizational performance by employee’s workplace spirituality. So to verify the effects on the mediating variable perceived mental health.
      For verification the purpose of this study established the variable as followings; First, the independence variable established the significant work and community spirit. Second, the result variable established job satisfaction and quality of life. Third, the mediating variable established the mental health.
      [Methodology]To investigate the variable inter-relationship used the multi-regression analysis and bootstrap analysis method. For this study conduct a questionnaire survey of 350' corporate employees who had worked in K-city.
      [Findings]As a result of the analysis, it was found that the significant work of workplace spirituality had a high effect on the job satisfaction, and the community spirit had a high effect on the quality of life. In addition, mental health plays a role as a mediating variable in organization performance, specially, the significant work has a high effect on job satisfaction, and the community spirit has a high effect on the quality of life.
      [Implications]Therefore, This study confirmed the importance of personal value and human dignity in work and workplace, and the results of this study are expected to be used as effective data for establishing effective human resource management strategies to improve the health and organizational performance of organizational members.
