Existing automotive refrigerator system is operating the compressor in conjunction with the engine which responsible for the driving of the vehicle power or conducting the ON/OFF control of the compressor used by generator power linked engine. Thus, compressor control is not easy to maintain sustained low temperature or temperature control, and take a disadvantage of low efficiency. In order to improve, compressor is operated by motor that apply the invertor for adequately control reflecting the instantaneous requirement, so maintaining a constant temperature, and energy efficiency can be improved.
In this parer, we proposed to compressor invertor for commercial refrigerator vehicle. The proposed inverter is consist of the initial charging unit, rectifier unit, DClink unit, and IGBT module. Also, proposed inverter is including the heating mode for temperature control. Then, current control of cooling mode and heating mode was carried out.
