비구 골절의 수술적 치료 = Surgical Treatment of the Acetabular Fracture

국문 초록 (Abstract)

비구 골절은 해부학적인 구조가 복잡하고 수술적인 접근이 어려워서 골 견인 등의 비 수술적인 치료가 주로 사용되어 왔었으나 프랑스의 Judet와 그 제자인 Letournel에 의하여 체계적인 분류와 수술적치료법이 도입된 이후 많은 발전이 이루어져서, 현재는 전위된 비구 골절에는 주로 수술적 치료를 사용하고 있으며 또한 좋은 결과들을 보고하고 있다. 저자는 비구 골절의 수술적인 치료에 대하여 전반적으로 개관하였다.

Non-operative treatment such as skeletal traction for the acetabular fracture has been used for a long time, as the acetabulum has a complex anatomy to approach. Since Judet and his student Letournel of France introduced systemic classification and surgical treatment of the acetabular fracture, most of the displaced acetabular fractures are now treated surgically with good results. I reviewed generally the surgical treatment of the acetabular fracture.
