간호대학생을 위한 문제중심학습 패키지 개발 및 효과 = Development and Effect of Problem-based Learning Package for Nursing Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 간호대학생을 위한 문제중심학습 패키지를 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하기 위해 기존의 전통적학습과 비교하는 비동등성 대조군 전후설계를 이용한 유사 실험연구이다. 연구대상은 4년제 N대학 간호학과 3학년 학생을 편의 표집하여 실험군 51명, 대조군 48명으로 아동간호학수업에 문제중심학습 패키지를 개발하여 적용한 뒤 4주, 12주까지의 변화과정을 확인하였다. 자료분석은 paired-t test, t-test, repeated ANOVA로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 학습태도는 문제중심학습을 적용한 군에서 유의한 차이가 있었고(F=8.188, p=.001), 비판적 사고 성향(F=10.946, p<.001), 문제해결력(F=13.783, p<.001) 역시 문제중심학습을 적용한 군에서 유의하게 향상되었으나 전통적학습을 적용한 군은 학습태도, 비판적 사고 성향, 문제해결력에서 유의한 차이가 없었다. 따라서 간호문제를 통합적으로 해결할 수 있는 능력을 함양하기 위해서 다양한 교수방법의 하나로 문제중심학습을 장기간 운영하는 것이 효과적일 것으로 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is a quasi-experimental studies using non-equivalence control group before and after design compared to the existing traditional learning in order to verify their effectiveness by developing and applying problem-based learning package for nursing students. The subjects of this study were 51 students in the experimental group and 48 students in the control group and developed the problem-based learning package in the child nursing class and confirmed the change process up to 4 weeks and 12 weeks. Data were analyzed by paired-t test, t-test and repeated ANOVA. As a result of the study, there was a significant difference in the students attitudes(F=8.188, p=.001), critical thinking disposition(F=10.946, p<.001), problem solving ability(F=13.783, p<.001) were also significantly improved in the problem-based learning group, but there was no significant difference in the learning attitude, critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability in the traditional learning. Therefore, in order to develop the ability to solve the nursing problem integrally, it seems to be effective to operate the problem-based learning for a long time as one of various teaching methods.
