중국 청소년의 악기 학습경험과 창의적 자기효능감 및 창의적 성장 마인드셋과의 관계: 학교와 성별의 조절효과 = Relationships between Chinese Adolescents' Musical Instrument Learning Experiences, Creative Self-Efficacy and Creative Growth Mindset: Moderating Effects of School and Gender

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 중국의 청소년을 대상으로 창의적 자기효능감이 악기연주 관련 학습경험과 창의적 마인드셋과의 관계를 매개하는가를 검증하고, 악기 학습경험이 창의적 마인드셋에 미치는 창의적 자기효능감의 매개효과가 성별과 학년 수준에 따라 달라지는가를 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 남녀 중․고등학생 697명(남학생 311명, 여학생 386명)의 이며, 자료는 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석 및 PROCESS macro (version 4.0)를 이용하는 조절회귀분석을 통해 처리되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다: (1) 악기 학습경험은 창의적 자기효능감을 통해 창의적 성장 마인드셋에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. (2) 악기 학습경험과 창의적 성장마인드셋과의 관계를 매개하는 창의적 자기효능감의 효과는 학교급에 따라 달라진다. (3) 악기 학습경험과 창의적 성장 마인드셋과의 관계를 매개하는 창의적 자기효능감의 효과는 성별에 따라 달라진다. 이 결과는 중국중학생들의 음악에 대한 창의적 성장 마인드셋을 향상시키기 위해서는 풍부하고 다양한 악기연주와 관련된 학습경험의 기회를 제공하고 학습과정에서 직면하는 문제를 창의적으로 해결할 수 있다는 자신감을 증진시킬 수있는 교수-학습전략을 개발하는 것이 필요함을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study were to examine the mediating effects of creative self-efficacy in the re- lationship between musical instrument learning experience and creative growth mindset among Chinese adolescents, and to analyze whether the mediating effects of creative self-efficacy on musical instrument learning experience on creative mindset vary by gender and grade level. The data were processed through descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and mod- erated regression analysis using PROCESS macro (version 4.0), with 697 middle and high school stu- dents of both genders (311 males and 386 females). The findings are as follows; (1) The effect of mu- sical instrument learning experience on creative growth mindset is statically mediated by creative self-efficacy. (2) The mediating effect of creative self-efficacy on creative growth mindset is greater for high school students than for middle school students. (3) The mediating effect of creative self-ef- ficacy on creative growth mindset is greater for male students than for female students. These results suggest that in order to improve the creative growth mindset of middle school boys and girls in China through music education, teaching and learning strategies that provide rich and diverse instrumental learning experiences and promote creative self-efficacy for musical problem solving are needed.
