Q 연구방법론을 활용한 관리자 리더십에 대한 감정인식 연구 - 감정과학과 ｢성학십도(聖學⼗圖)｣ 중심으로 -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

퇴계는 ｢성학십도(聖學⼗圖)｣ ｢태극도(太極圖)｣에서 실마리를 구하여 ｢소학(⼩學)｣과 ｢대학(⼤學)｣의 학문에 힘써야 한다고 하였는데, 관리자 리더십에 대한 감정인식(氣質之性) 연구를 통해, ｢대학도(⼤學圖)｣에서 학문의 시작과 지어지선(⽌於⾄善)에 머무르는 필연적 배움의 방법이 격물치지(格物致知)임을 확인하고 다음 사항을 증명하였다.
첫째, 격물치지(格物致知)를 통하여, ｢태극도(太極圖)｣에서 영원 무한한 생명과 사랑으로 존재하는 나와 구성원(몸)을 인식하여 리더십의 실마리를 구해야 함을 확인하였다.
둘째, ｢서명도(西銘圖)｣에 나타난 이일분수(理⼀分殊)의 다 좋은 구성원의 원리에 대한 이해가 바탕이 되야 한다.
셋째, ｢태극도(太極圖)｣에서 확인한 리더십의 실마리와 ｢서명도(西銘圖)｣의 이일분수(理⼀分殊) 원리에 기반하여, 대인의 학문하는 방법에 힘써야 리더 자신이 지어지선(⽌於⾄善)에 머무를 수 있는 지속가능성을 확대할 수 있고, 그 공효(功效)로서 중간, 고위 관리자로 성장할 수 있다는 것을 증명하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Toegye said that he should work hard on the studies of ｢SoHak(小學)｣ and ｢DaeHak(大學)｣ by finding clues in ｢The Ten Diagrams of Holy Learning(聖學十圖)｣ and ｢aeGeukDo(太極圖)｣ Through a study on emotional recognition of managerial leadership, he confirmed that GyeokMulChiJi(格物致知) is the inevitable way of learning that stays at the beginning and construction site of the study in ｢DaeHakDo(大學圖)｣and proved the following.
First, through GyeokMulChiJi(格物致知), it was confirmed that I and my members (body) who exist as eternal life and love should be recognized in ｢TaeGeukDo(太極圖)｣to find a clue to leadership.
Second, it should be based on an understanding of the principles of all good members of the RiIlBunSu(理一分殊) in ｢SeoMyungDo(西銘圖)｣.
Third, based on the leadership clues identified in ｢Taegeukdo｣ and the RiIlBunSu(理一分殊) principle of ｢eoMyungDo(西銘圖)｣ it was proved that the leader himself could expand the sustainability of staying in the JiEoJiSun(止於至善) and grow into a middle and high level manager as a result of his study.
