전력산업의 스마트그리드화에 의한 유용성과 용이성이 사용 의도에 미치는 영향 = A Study on Effects of Smart Grid Users Perceived Availability and Ease to the Intended Uses of Electric Power Based on Planning Behavior Theory

The recent issues, such as atmospheric contamination by exhaust fumes, which have been globally raised, required that the electrical power use system should be managed more scientifically and that researches on the electrical smart grid are necessary. Accordingly, in this research, the empirical analysis was performed on whether or not the theory of planned behavior has effects on the value convenience and the intention of use of the users of the electrical smart grid. A total of 344 questionnaires were distributed and 294 questionnaires, which accounted for 85.46% of the entire questionnaires, were collected, and excluding 20 defective questionnaires, the final 274 effective questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. First, the results of analyzing the hypothesis that the theory of planned behavior will have effects on value convenience showed that it has statistically significant effects on the usefulness in which attitude is perceived Second, the results of analyzing the hypothesis that the perceived ease will have effects on the perceived usefulness showed that the perceived usefulness has statistically significant effects on the perceived ease. It was found that the theory of planned behavior has significant effects on the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease Third, the results of analyzing the hypothesis that the value convenience will have effects on the intention of use showed that the perceived ease and the perceived usefulness have statistically significant effects on the intention of use
